In this agreement, the term “you” refers to the Client or User. The term “Rockfield International” refers to the operator of the platform.

By using any of Rockfield International’s services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined in this legal agreement, as well as Rockfield International’s privacy policy.

This contract is legally binding in nature. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you read this agreement and all related provisions thoroughly before opting for any services provided by Rockfield International. By registering, accessing, or using Rockfield International’s platform, the Client/User is deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

If you disagree with any part of this agreement, you are advised not to use the services of this platform.

Additionally, Rockfield International reserves the exclusive right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. Proper announcements and notices will be made public prior to any changes to the terms when Rockfield International updates this agreement.

Any new changes introduced will take effect on the date specified by Rockfield International. Continued use of the platform’s services will be taken as an acknowledgment that the User is aware of and has accepted the updated terms and conditions. If the User does not agree with the changes or modifications, they are requested to discontinue the use of the platform’s services and to close their client asset account with Rockfield International.

Protection of Funds

The protection of users’ funds is the foremost responsibility of Rockfield International. We are committed to safeguarding client funds, even in the event of insolvency. Our goal is to provide premium levels of security by ensuring that users’ funds remain beyond unauthorized access.

We continuously strive to enhance our security systems, making them increasingly robust. To ensure the highest level of protection, we have implemented the following security measures:

  • Advanced IT security protocols

  • Mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures prior to providing any services to users

  • Strict prohibition of unknown or unverified accounts from registering or accessing our platform

  • Full compliance with local tax laws in all business operations carried out on the platform

Information and Guidelines for Authorized Law Enforcement Officials

Submission of Legal Requests:
In cases where legal requests or inquiries are necessary, authorized law enforcement officials may contact Rockfield International by emailing [email protected].

Please note that legal requests or inquiries will not be accepted through other channels, such as the Rockfield International Support group. Any such submissions made through unofficial channels will not be processed.

  • The request must be submitted by an authorized legal representative or agency.
